Biblical Words impart Knowledge that leads to Wisdom.

The Word:

Through the Gospel of John we learn:

John 1 (King James Version)

1. In the beginning was the Word, and the Word was with God, and the Word was God.

2. The same was in the beginning with God.

3. All things were made by him; and without him was not any thing made that was made.

The Knowledge:

Divine knowledge is an immeasurable collection of data, facts and figures. The reproduction of this knowledge is characterised, among other things, by the fact that its content relates exclusively to truth. Few people have a sound partial knowledge that they have acquired in the course of their lives.

John 8 (King James Version)

31 If ye continue in my word, then are ye my disciples indeed;

32 And ye shall know the truth, and the truth shall make you free.

Paradoxically, people -who have forgotten or suppressed God- explain the concept of Knowledge in such a complex way that innumerable perplexing contradictions and paradoxes arise. Ingeniously, not only are real facts ignored and truth deliberately or grossly negligently bent, reality is twisted. Untrue information spread by people that fits into their world view is often reinforced by manipulated strong emotions*, which in turn deliberately alters independent thinking.

* There is no generally valid definition of the term “emotions”; here we should rather speak of a description of a phenomenon.

Appropriately, three biblical passages from the Book of Enoch 1

Enoch 69 (12 THE BOOK OF PARABLES)

And the name of the fourth is Penemue; this one showed the sons of men the bitter and the sweet and showed them all the secrets of their wisdom.

9 He taught men the art of writing with ink and paper, and through this many have gone astray, from eternity to eternity, and to this day.

10 For men were not created for this, that they should confirm their faith like this, with pen and ink.

Enoch 93 (19. PROPHECY OF THE TEN WEEKS)

13 And is there any man who could know the length and breadth of the Earth? And to who has all its measurements been shown?

Enoch 96 (12 THE BOOK OF PARABLES)

11 For men were created no differently from the messengers, so that they might remain righteous and pure, and death, which destroys everything, would not have touched them; but through this knowledge of theirs they are being destroyed and through this power death consumes them.

About 2/3 of our earth's surface is covered with water, a single drop of water contains the controversial

knowledge of the entire human race.

The Wisdom:

From Isaiah we know that wisdom is a “gift” of the Holy Spirit.

In the beginning was the Word, the reflection on this eternal word is an impulse to attain knowledge. A knowledge that in turn leads to wisdom.

Good Words bad Words:

Putting good properly into words is the responsibility for our actions. Good words, shaped by love, encourage. Thus, wisdom became a gift that God entrusted to a few people. Based on the knowledge given by God and shaped by a touch of wisdom, because through Enoch we also know:

Enoch 42 (12 THE BOOK OF PARABLES)

2 Wisdom went out, in order to dwell among the sons of men, but did not find a dwelling; wisdom returned to her place, and took her seat in the midst of the messengers.

Knowledge and words of evil imparted and passed on by people, humiliate, defame and kill. Lying tongues that ponder injustice are quicker than the head and heart can think. A word spoken can never be revoked.

The moral consciousness of good and evil, right and wrong, is passed on through words.
